A martial arts demonstration and self-defense experience for students, teenagers, and sports enthusiasts. The program created an engaging training atmosphere while helping young participants build confidence, discipline, and the ability to protect themselves at school.
Key Training Content:
- Attack Defense Demonstration: Demonstrations of practical attack-defense techniques from the Krav Maga system.
- Anti-Bullying: Building safety awareness, confidence, and effective ways to respond to school violence.
- Defensive Stances & Counterattacks: Learning basic defensive stances, evasion skills, and safe counterattacks for escape.
- Interaction & Physical Guidance: Coaches engaged directly with participants and answered questions about discipline and fitness routines for teenagers.
