- Release and Escape Techniques: How to respond quickly when your wrist is grabbed, you are suddenly restrained, or pushed into a confined space.
- Natural Reflexes (Krav Maga Principles): Using the body’s natural reflexes to deliver decisive counterattacks and escape danger.
- Protecting Yourself & Colleagues: Team coordination and principles for safely supporting colleagues during unexpected incidents.
